Caroline van der Poel

Director of Partner Success

Caroline is a dedicated higher education professional. Prior to joining Clark Higher Ed, Caroline was the Associate Director for Undergraduate Admissions supervising ten staff members at Gardner-Webb University. She has experience in providing leadership and managing an undergraduate admissions team, regional recruitment, and strategizing for the development, implementation, and follow through in each stage of the enrollment funnel.

While working within higher education, Caroline spent a lot of time pursuing her Master of Business Administration as well as getting a Master Plus certificate in Marketing. Throughout her studies, she was able to take what she was learning in the field and apply it to what she was learning in the classroom. Caroline has conducted detailed research on Generation Z, regression analysis trends within the college decision making process, and macro and micro level environmental trends that affect enrollment.

Caroline and her husband, Scott, live in Gastonia, North Carolina. Together they have a goal of seeing a baseball game in every major league ballpark. If not at a ballgame, she loves spending time at the beach with her family.
